To become a reseller of Artistry of Poland ornaments and to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must operate a retail business from a physical "bricks-and-mortar" location that sells merchandise compatible with the Artistry of Poland  product line. We also require that a state tax identification number be provided before we ship your first order. Without this documentation, we can't approve wholesale pricing, and we may also apply Texas state sales tax to your orders.  We accept all major credit cards. We charge your card when we ship your order. For special orders or custom designs, we require a deposit or full payment at time of order placement. All designs are protected by United States copyright laws as Artistry of Poland.


Initial order is a minimum order of 12 pieces. Re-orders are a minimum of 6 pieces. Assorted ornament designs may be combined to meet minimums.


We ship the safest and most cost-effective way. Orders will generally be shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. We charge actual shipping costs or an educated estimate. All shipments are FOB San Antonio. Texas.


All wholesale order cancellations must be received in writing at least thirty days prior to scheduled ship date.


Defective or broken goods may be returned for credit or replacement within five days of receipt with a return authorization issued by Artistry of Poland @ Gallery Vetro. Do not return anything without calling us first. Shipments received without prior authorization may be refused.
